Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

Why this policy?

We're a small, locally-owned business—not a corporate chain. When a guest cancels at the last minute, it's nearly impossible to fill those dates. This policy helps us keep our properties maintained, our team employed, and our rates fair for everyone.

That said, we're real people and we understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel and we're able to rebook your dates, we're happy to work with you on a refund.

Optional Travel Insurance

We offer an optional "cancel for any reason" insurance policy at checkout through RentalGuardian. This gives you peace of mind if something unexpected comes up—no questions asked.

If you think there's any chance your plans might change, we strongly recommend purchasing this coverage.

What About Rescheduling?

Last-minute rescheduling follows the same policy as cancellations—it's equally difficult to fill sudden openings. However, if we can rebook your original dates, we're happy to apply a refund toward your new reservation.

Need to modify your dates further in advance? Contact us as soon as you know, and we'll check availability for your preferred new dates. Changes are subject to rate differences and availability, but we'll always try to accommodate you.
